Yoga with Lee

Guided by the inspiration of her teachers, Lee completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Spring 2025. Opening a new chapter as a guide for those on the yogic path. She has earned certification to teach yoga in the styles and methods of Aṣṭāṅga, Vinyāsa, Hatha, and Pranayama.

She offers both grounding yet balanced Vinyāsa flows and traditional Aṣṭāṅga Half Primary classes. Her intention is to help students connect with their breath, find comfort in stillness within movement, and learn to quiet the mind—on the mat and in the flow of daily life. Lee’s personal practice focuses on the Aṣṭāṅga Primary Series, following the lineage of Sri Pattabhis Jois. Lee believes in the healing powers of both yoga and art, often bringing both together in her unique workshops.
